画像データ等の利用条件（法学部研究室図書室所蔵資料）
利用条件
東京大学法学部研究室図書室が公開する、著作権の保護対象ではない所蔵資料の画像データ、それに関連するメタデータ等（以下「画像データ等」といいます。）の利用条件は、以下のとおりです。

所蔵機関名の明示
利用の際は、東京大学法学部研究室図書室の所蔵資料であることを明示してください。

画像データ等の改変を行った場合は、そのことを明示してください。改変した画像データ等を、あたかも当室が作成・公開したかのような公表は行わないでください。

成果物提供のお願い
- この画像データ等を利用して、図書や論文、資料などを作成された場合は、是非それを当室にご提供ください。
- ご提供いただいた資料は、当室所蔵資料として利用に供する場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
- 提供が難しい場合は、利用実績を電子メールでご報告いただくだけでも結構です。
当室では、所蔵資料や作成したデータの活用促進などを目的に、当室が公開する画像データ等は特別な手続きを経ることなく自由に利用できるようにしました。
一方それは、利用実態が見えにくくなるということも意味します。
当室が公開した画像データ等がどのような形で活用されているかを知ることは、今後の資料デジタル化の参考にもなりますので、ご協力よろしくお願いします。

ご利用に際して
- 東京大学法学部研究室図書室は、利用者が画像データ等を用いて行う一切の行為（データを編集・加工等した情報を利用することを含みます。）について何ら責任を負うものではありません。画像データ等の利用あるいは利用できなかったことにより損害が生じた場合も、当室は一切の責任を負いません。
- IIIF対応で公開している資料については、画像データの解像度は公開されているものが最大です。画像データは、ご自身で各公開サイト（画像ビューワ）からダウンロードしてください。
- 公開されている画像データ等は、予告なく変更、移転、削除等が行われることがあります。
- 公開されている画像データ等は、特に断りがない限り著作権保護期間が満了したものですが、著作者人格権や、プライバシーその他の人権等にご配慮のうえご利用ください。
- この利用条件は、東京大学の図書館・室が公開する全ての画像データ等に適用されるわけではありません。
- 以下のページで、この利用条件の対象となる資料リストを掲載しています。
東京大学法学部研究室図書室所蔵コレクション - 法学部研究室図書室が、この利用条件と異なる条件で画像を公開する場合：公開サイト上でその旨を明示しますので、必ずその条件に沿ってご利用ください。

- When using the Images in academic publications, users are encouraged to donate physical copies to our library that hold the original materials.
- Please note that we may make the copies available for our users.
- If it is difficult to donate, please just let us know by e-mail.
Faculty of Law Library has begun free use of Images. On the other hand, this makes it harder to grasp how much images are being used.
We would therefore like to know how much the published Image is being used for our future reference.

- Faculty of Law Library bears absolutely no responsibility for any action taken by users using the Images (including use of information based on edited Images) and any loss or damages arising out of use of or reliance on the Images.
- The highest available resolution is applied for the IIIF images on this website.
